2018 UEFA Champions League Draw Results

champions-league-logoThe draw for the 2018 UEFA Champions League group stage resulted in tough groups for Barcelona, and Liverpool.

Real Madrid will try to win it’s fourth UEFA Champions League trophy in a row and fifth in six years, but this time they will have to do it with head coach Zinedine Zidane and striker Cristiano Ronaldo, who left for Italian powerhouse Juventus.

Barcelona, who have lost in the quarterfinals in the last three years will try to win the tournament for the first time since 2014-15. That won’t be easy as they were drawn into this year’s group of death. However, Barcelona with Lionel Messi in their ranks is well prepared to face such a challenge and could, in fact, end up winning the group.

Liverpool’s will have a way tougher road to the final this year as they drew a much more complicated group this year and will have to play their best just to qualify to the knockout stage.
